Four Weeks Series – Sept. 26, Oct. 3, 10, & 17

Wednesdays from 5:00 – 6:15 p.m.

Learn the first 18 to 24 movements of the Yang form, which serve as a complete short/form sequence. Work on breathing and energy exercises. Also an introduction to sitting meditation. Each session ends with a savasana deep relaxation from yoga.
