This eight-class series will utilize yoga techniques to enhance a person’s health and wellness. Using yoga poses, breath work and meditation these classes are tailored to emphasis physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Yoga Therapy focuses on the individual student’s needs. Beth will provide a private consultation for registered students before the first class meeting.
Beth is a Professional Yoga Therapist PYT, Registered Yoga Teacher RYT, Certified Unergi Body-Mind Practitioner CPU, with over 20 years of experience in various modalities.
