New Yoga Class Schedule: Starts September 8, 2015

Holistic Hatha Yoga with Gudjon Bergmann E-RYT500 meets on:

Monday, Thursday, and Saturday:  9:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.

This class includes all elements of physical yoga, such as deep breathing, stretching, and limbering, core strengthening, and classic yoga poses such as forward bends, back bends, and twisting poses. The class ends with a deep relaxation. This full mind-body workout will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.

All levels Hatha Yoga with Esther Huisman RYT200 meets on:

Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

This class will incorporate props like blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks for stretching, and core strengthening. Poses are modified to meet the individual student needs. Restorative poses will also be introduced along with a restful relaxation at the end of class. Feel  relaxed, renewed, and rejuvenated.

Foundations Yoga with Carrie Revenal RYT200 meets on:

Tuesday  6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

This simple class is good for beginners learning to do basic poses or those who are returning after time away. Practice fundamental yoga poses to gain strength and flexibility. Enjoy a restful deep relaxation at the end of class.

Intermediate Yoga with Gudjon Bergmann E-RYT500 meets on:

Monday, Thursday and Saturday:  10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Primarily based on standing poses, this class will strengthen, stretch and invigorate. Moving slowly and methodically from one pose to another, the class will open your pores and give you a full body workout. The class ends with simple cooling stretches and a rejuvenating relaxation.
