Join Carrie Revenal (RYT 200) for this yoga class designed for those who have little or no yoga experience. Class size is small to ensure individual attention.
The class will help improve knowledge of the basic form of the postures as well as how to align your body in each pose. It also is designed to provide improved breathing, balance, and flexibility while giving you a renewed sense of goodness.

Restorative yoga is a form of active therapeutic relaxation that uses props and blankets to modify traditional yoga poses. The postures gently open the body to deep relaxation and healing. This practice is appropriate for all levels.

Michelle DeCastro returns to the studio for Pranayama (yoga breathing) exercises to help keep the mind calm and clear. This practice helps lower heart rate and blood pressure while easing muscle tension. In this two hour class Michelle will also guide you through a series of Iyengar style yoga pose.
