Stress & Pain Relief Workshop

Join Misti Galvan (RYT 200) for  a movement experience combining inspirations from Thomas Hanna and other Somatic Pioneers, Body-Mind Centering and Yoga.

Anyone can benefit but especially those dealing with chronic pain, illness, disease, injury or a stressful lifestyle.

Non-Yoga Practitioners: Basic beginner yoga poses may be used but no previous experience needed to benefit.

Yoga Students & Teachers: The concepts and movements will compliment what you already know and practice and easily fit into class curriculum.
