Yoga Nidra uniquely unwinds the nervous system which is the foundation of the body’s well-being. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. This guided practice is deeply relaxing and healing, it will rejuvenate you on every level. Our teacher Mary Craumer (RYT) 500 hours, has studied with Richard Miller, iRest®Yoga Nidra Level 1 & 2.
