Michelle DeCastro returns to the studio for Pranayama (yoga breathing) exercises to help keep the mind calm and clear. This practice helps lower heart rate and blood pressure while easing muscle tension. In this two hour class Michelle will also guide you through a series of Iyengar style yoga pose.
