Join Tonya Riley (RYT200) for “slow flow” vinyasa yoga class for 6 weeks.
This is a gentle “slow flow” form of Hatha yoga ideal for the beginner student as well as intermediate levels. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
The class blends guided sequences of movement with breathing patterns.
The “ujjayi breath” integrates breathing and movement; benefits include a stronger core, flexible spine and a quiet, focused mind.
