Go deeper into your yoga nidra practice.
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique and is one of the most accessible forms of yoga practice. While the student rests comfortably in shavasana (corpse pose), this systemic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness. Practiced with consistency and awareness, you may likely discover a profound sense of joy and well-being.

Would yoga-nidra be appropriate for a pregnant woman who does prenatal yoga already?
Yes, with a few modifications. You may benefit from a bolster supporting your back so you can rest comfortably on the floor during the guided meditation.
