Slow Flow Hatha Yoga Series

Join Tonya Riley (RYT200) for “slow flow” vinyasa yoga class for 6 weeks.

This is a gentle “slow flow” form of Hatha yoga ideal for the beginner student as well as intermediate levels. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

The class blends guided sequences of movement with breathing patterns.

The “ujjayi breath” integrates breathing and movement; benefits include a stronger core, flexible spine and a quiet, focused mind.

Restorative Yoga with Esther

Restore, Relax, and Renew

Restorative yoga is a form of active therapeutic relaxation that uses props and blankets to modify traditional yoga poses. The postures gently open the body to deep relaxation and healing. This practice is appropriate for all levels.
